WP-Cache
Ugh, that shit was slowing my site down terribly – plus, it was causing the issue where when you go to my site it would display a blank page until you reloaded it. Despite finding a fix for that I’ve disabled wp-cache entirely. Anyone who’s experience less than desirable speed with wordpress should look into disabling wp-cace.
